Wine Moment
“Matches your preference for quiet, immersive environments. This venue's atmosphere aligns with your saved favorites.”
L'ambiance
Wine Moment is the new sensory playground for wine lovers in the Chartrons, where you forget everything you think you know about tasting. Housed in a renovated 200 sqm former wine cellar with exposed stone walls, this spot serves up blind tastings that strip away pretension and let your senses lead the way. Whether you're a seasoned oenophile or just curious, the team curates flights that match your mood—Bordeaux classics, global discoveries, or mono-varietal explorations—paired with fine charcuterie and aged cheeses. The 50 sqm terrace is perfect for summer evenings, and when the vibe hits, they even push back the tables to let you dance.

Blind tastings that actually work
Wine Moment feels like Bordeaux's answer to making wine accessible without dumbing it down. The blind tasting concept is genuinely clever—it forces you to engage with the glass rather than the label, and the staff guide you through it without making you feel inadequate. The space itself is a winner: that vaulted cellar with exposed stone gives you old-world charm, while the modern touches keep it from feeling like a museum. Prices are fair for what you get (€7 per glass, €25 for a bottle), and the €29 tasting package includes a grazing board that's more than adequate.
