Le Library Bar est l’un de ces endroits rares à Copenhague qui donne l’impression d’avoir découvert un secret bien gardé par les buveurs les plus exigeants de la ville. Dès que vous entrez, vous êtes enveloppé dans une atmosphère à mi-chemin entre une bibliothèque et un speakeasy : éclairage tamisé, livres reliés en cuir qui ornent les murs, et ces canapés Chesterfield moelleux qui vous invitent à vous installer pour un bon moment. La carte des cocktails est sobre mais sérieuse ; évitez les classiques et demandez leur Negroni vieilli en fût, un cocktail doux, complexe et qui vaut chaque couronne.
