Geranium n’est pas qu’un restaurant, c’est une méditation sur le terroir danois servie au 8e étage. Vous vous pencherez en avant à table, non pas parce que la nourriture est lourde, mais parce que chaque bouchée est si précise qu’elle exige toute votre attention. Le plat de pommes de terre et petits pois vaut à lui seul le déplacement : crémeux, terreux et parfaitement réussi.
