The atmosphere was consistently cozy and inviting, with a decor that felt lived-in and authentic rather than staged. It was a true local favorite, especially for weekend brunches where the vibe was relaxed and the food was consistently good. While it’s now permanently closed, it left a mark on Rødovre’s café scene and is still remembered fondly by those who knew it.

Café Kalas était ce genre de café de quartier qui donnait l’impression d’être dans un second salon—chaleureux, accueillant et plein de caractère. Le cheesecake fait maison était la star, riche et crémeux avec un équilibre parfait de douceur, et les sandwiches étaient copieux et fraîchement préparés.
