Bistrot Coco feels like a discovery you’re proud to have made. The menu changes with the seasons, which is rare to find this consistently in Strasbourg. You’ll find dishes that respect classic French techniques but aren’t afraid to play around—think bold flavor combinations that work surprisingly well. It’s not perfect though. Some dishes land harder than others, and if you’re looking for a grand, theatrical dining experience, this isn’t it.
