Le Café Verlet est l’une de ces adresses qui ressemble à un morceau d’histoire parisienne vivante. Dès qu’on franchit la porte, on est accueilli par l’odeur du café fraîchement torréfié et la vue d’étagères en bois remplies de thés et cafés venus du monde entier. On comprend vite que ce n’est pas juste une cafétéria, mais une destination pour les gens qui se soucient vraiment de ce qu’ils boivent et mangent.
