It's got that "just moved in and haven't decorated" look down to an art—bare brick, patched plaster, and wooden floors that somehow feel intentional rather than unfinished. The real star here is the coffee; they pour Has Bean with serious passion, and the baristas clearly know their craft. It's a local favorite for a reason: great brews, a cozy vibe, and a small garden out back that feels like a hidden oasis.

Great coffee, cozy vibe
Vagabond N7 is the kind of place that makes you want to linger over your coffee, even if you're just grabbing a quick cup. The space is small and narrow, but they've made the most of it with that trendy unfinished look that somehow works perfectly here—bare brick walls, patchwork plaster, and wooden floors give it character without feeling pretentious. The coffee is the real draw, sourced from Has Bean and prepared by baristas who clearly care about what they're doing. I had a V60 of the Guatemala Finca San Sebastian and it was genuinely excellent—clean, bright, and full of flavor.
It's not a place for big groups or long stays, but for a solo coffee break or a quiet chat with a friend, it's ideal. The garden out back is a lovely surprise, offering a bit of green space away from the busy Holloway Road. The service is friendly but focused, which I appreciate when you're trying to enjoy a good cup of coffee. It's become a regular stop for me when I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to anyone who takes their coffee seriously.

Vagabond N7 est ce genre d'endroit qui vous donne envie de traîner avec votre café, même si vous ne faites qu'une pause rapide. L'espace est petit et étroit, mais ils en ont fait le meilleur usage possible avec ce look "à peine décoré" qui fonctionne parfaitement ici — murs de brique apparente, plâtre patchwork et planchers en bois lui donnent du caractère sans paraître prétentieux. Le café est vraiment l'attraction principale, provenant de Has Bean et préparé par des baristas qui semblent vraiment se soucier de ce qu'ils font. J'ai pris un V60 du Guatemala Finca San Sebastian et c'était vraiment excellent — propre, lumineux et plein de saveur.
Ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal pour les grands groupes ou les longs séjours, mais pour une pause café seul ou une discussion tranquille avec un ami, c'est parfait. Le jardin à l'arrière est une belle surprise, offrant un peu d'espace vert loin de la route Holloway bondée. Le service est amical mais concentré, ce que j'apprécie quand on essaie de profiter d'une bonne tasse de café. C'est devenu un arrêt régulier quand je suis dans le quartier, et je le recommanderais à tous ceux qui prennent leur café au sérieux.
