The atmosphere is perfectly pitched—snug and welcoming without being stuffy, with a mix of students, expats, and locals who clearly know what they're doing. The coffee program is the real star here: you'll find rotating single-origin pours from small producers around the world, and if you're feeling adventurous, the Ethiopian honey process drip is a must-try. The baristas actually know their craft, pulling perfect shots on that La Marzocco Strada machine and explaining the origins with genuine enthusiasm.
The food menu is small but thoughtful, leaning into the Madrid hipster aesthetic with avocado toast, black sesame varieties, and goat cheese with strawberry combinations that look as good as they taste. Le programme de café est vraiment la star ici : vous trouverez des infusions en rotation de variétés uniques de petits producteurs du monde entier, et si vous êtes aventurier, le filtre éthiopien processus miel est un incontournable.
