The Vinery at Heathrow Terminal 2 is a breath of fresh air in a sea of airport concessions. You walk in expecting fast, mediocre food, but instead you're greeted by a space that actually feels like a proper restaurant. The 360-degree digital screen showing vineyard videos is a nice touch, and the Order At Table system means you're not stuck waiting for a server to come back to your table. The wine list is where this place really shines—the Sommelier App pairs your meal with expert recommendations, including some lovely English sparkling from Gusbourne Estate.
The food is solid airport fare elevated to restaurant quality. I'd recommend going for lunch if you have the time—the breakfast menu is good but limited, and dinner service ends at 10pm. The caviar and champagne pairing is a bit of a splurge, but worth it if you're treating yourself before a long flight. Service is efficient without being rushed, which is rare in an airport setting.

Le Vinery dans le terminal 2 de Heathrow est une véritable bouffée d'air frais au milieu de la foule habituelle des concessions aéroportuaires. On arrive en s'attendant à une nourriture rapide et médiocre, mais on est accueilli par un espace qui ressemble vraiment à un restaurant. L'écran numérique à 360 degrés qui projette des vidéos de vignobles est une belle touche, et le système de commande sur place signifie qu'on n'est pas obligé d'attendre qu'un serveur revienne à notre table. La carte des vins est là où l'établissement brille vraiment—l'application de sommelier associe votre repas avec des recommandations d'experts, incluant de jolis vins pétillants anglais de la maison Gusbourne.
La nourriture est du bon standard aéroportuaire élevé au rang de qualité restaurant. Je vous recommande d'y aller pour le déjeuner si vous avez le temps—le menu petit-déjeuner est correct mais limité, et le service du soir s'arrête à 22h.
