L'immeuble classé Grade II datant des années 1700 a été soigneusement entretenu, avec trois cheminées à bois créant une atmosphère véritablement chaleureuse même les soirées les plus froides. Vous y trouverez des locaux mélangés à des visiteurs, tous attirés par la combinaison d'un cadre caractéristique et de nourriture et de boisson de qualité.
La carte met l'accent sur des ingrédients frais et de saison avec des classiques bien exécutés. Le roast dimanche est légendaire parmi les habitués, et si vous avez envie d'aventure, les moules sont un excellent entrée. La carte des vins est soigneusement sélectionnée sans être prétentieuse, et les pintes sont toujours parfaitement servies.
