Le Press Room à Surbiton est un véritable repère de quartier. Pas besoin de prétention ici : vous entrez et vous êtes accueillis par des baristas qui semblent vraiment passionnés par leur métier. Le café est toujours bien préparé, avec une qualité constante, et les viennoiseries sont fraîches, ce qui suffit à justifier le déplacement même pour un simple café. J’y ai passé plusieurs matins à travailler sur mon ordinateur portable, et le Wi-Fi est fiable sans que l’endroit ne paraisse trop froid ou impersonnel.
