Ayant remporté le titre de pub de l'année du nord de Londres à quatre reprises, il est évident qu'ils font beaucoup de choses bien. La sélection de bières en fût est vraiment impressionnante - ils prennent leur bière au sérieux et s'approvisionnent auprès des meilleurs brasseurs du Royaume-Uni. Ce qui distingue vraiment cet établissement, c'est l'ambiance communautaire. Le quiz du pub le mercredi soir à 20h30 est une véritable institution locale, et les sessions de musique folk le jeudi avec Whiskey Mick ajoutent une touche musicale agréable qu'on ne trouve pas partout.
L'atmosphère est chaleureuse et accueillante, avec une foule principalement locale plutôt que touristique.
