Shiko, c’est le genre de resto japonais qu’on aime retrouver sans se poser de questions. Pas de chichis, pas de prix exorbitants—just des sushis frais, bien coupés, et une cuisine qui respecte les produits. Le ceviche Nikkeï est une belle surprise, et les plateaux de sashimi sont toujours généreux et de qualité. Le service est chaleureux, comme dans un quartier où on se connaît, et ça fait toute la différence.
