The space is small and intimate, which means it can get busy, so come early if you want a seat at the marble bar. The drinks are where this place really shines: creative, well-executed, and surprisingly affordable. The Power Pop is a must-try - it's equal parts novelty and deliciousness, served in a mini milk bottle with actual popping candy. They also do some serious molecular gastronomy work, serving mojitos in these tiny globular spheres that you eat off a spoon. It's theatrical without being pretentious, and the staff clearly know their craft.
The dress code is smart (no hoodies or sportswear), which keeps the vibe elevated without feeling stuffy. It's perfect for a date night or catching up with friends after work. The only downside is the limited hours on weekdays - it doesn't open until 6pm Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday through Thursday close at 10:30pm.
