Le Valerianne is your go-to spot in Bécon for solid French bistro fare without the Parisian price tag. You'll find a warm, intimate setting where the service is consistently praised as impeccable. Skip the tourist traps and come here for their thoughtfully prepared traditional dishes—think house-made duck foie gras or the magret de canard aux griottes. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a refined meal at reasonable prices (menus from €17-24) and actually feel like you're eating where locals eat. Solid neighborhood bistro with consistent quality

Le Valerianne has quietly become one of Courbevoie's best-kept secrets. Located on rue Franklin in the Bécon neighborhood, this restaurant offers exactly what you'd hope for from a neighborhood bistro: reliable French cuisine, warm service, and prices that don't make you wince. The menu changes with the seasons, but you can count on well-executed classics like the foie gras de canard maison, the Parmentier de Harengs marinés, or the magret de canard aux griottes with homemade purée.

The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends or a proper date night. Service is consistently praised as impeccable, and the staff clearly takes pride in what they do. At €17-24 for their set menus, it's excellent value for the quality you're getting. The tarte crumble aux pommes served with caramel ice cream is a must-try for dessert.

My only minor critique is that portions can be a bit modest, especially for the appetizers and vegetables, but the quality more than makes up for it. This is the kind of place you'll find yourself returning to again and again because it just feels right.
