Le Steak du Baron is a pleasant surprise in Champigny-sur-Marne, delivering an upscale steakhouse experience that feels like it belongs in a more central Paris neighborhood. The interior is genuinely elegant with those plush red banquettes creating an intimate, romantic atmosphere perfect for couples. What impressed me most was the quality of the meat—they're not playing around with their "Excellence" menu featuring Japanese Wagyu and massive Tomahawk steaks that are genuinely worth ordering. The service is attentive without being stuffy, and the tables are spaced well enough for privacy.
The regular menu is solid too, with creative burgers and lamb chops that are well-executed. You'll find yourself wanting to order multiple dishes just to sample everything. The only minor drawback is that it can feel a bit pricey, but given the quality of the cuts and the overall experience, it's justified. This is my go-to recommendation when friends want to celebrate something special or when I'm treating myself to a proper steak dinner without traveling into central Paris.

Ce qui m'a le plus impressionné, c'est la qualité de la viande—ils ne plaisantent pas avec leur menu "Excellence" qui propose du Wagyu japonais et d'énormes Tomahawk vraiment dignes d'être commandés. Le service est attentif sans être guindé, et les tables sont bien espacées pour garantir l'intimité.
Le menu régulier est également solide, avec des burgers créatifs et des côtelettes d'agneau bien exécutés. Vous aurez envie de commander plusieurs plats juste pour tout goûter. Le seul petit bémol est que cela peut sembler un peu cher, mais étant donné la qualité des viandes et l'expérience globale, c'est justifié. C'est ma recommandation préférée quand des amis veulent célébrer quelque chose de spécial ou quand je veux me faire plaisir avec un vrai dîner au steak sans me rendre au centre de Paris.
