Le Parisien is exactly what you’d expect from a station-side café: straightforward, affordable, and pretty much always open. The menu is limited but hits the basics—baguettes, paninis, and salads are decent enough for a quick bite. If you’re in a rush, this is your go-to. The staff are generally friendly and the service is fast, which matters when you’re trying to catch a train or squeeze in a lunch break.
That said, it’s not a place you’d visit for a special occasion or to linger over a long coffee. The quality of the coffee can be hit-or-miss (one reviewer complained about non-barista milk and flat coffee), and the atmosphere is purely utilitarian. Still, for the price and location, it does the job. If you’re looking for something more curated or cozy, you’ll want to keep walking.

Situé juste à côté de la gare de Leytonstone, Le Parisien est l’arrêt pratique pour un petit déjeuner rapide ou un déjeuner express. On y trouve des baguettes, des paninis et des salades, le tout à des prix raisonnables. Le service est généralement rapide et l’équipe est accueillante, ce qui est parfait quand on a peu de temps.
Cependant, ce n’est pas l’endroit pour flâner ou pour une expérience culinaire raffinée. Le café peut être inégal (un visiteur s’est plaint du lait non barista et d’un café sans mousse), et l’ambiance est purement fonctionnelle. Pour une pause café plus agréable ou un repas plus élaboré, mieux vaut continuer votre chemin. Mais pour une solution simple et abordable, ça fait l’affaire.
