La Barge has become a go-to spot in Issy-les-Moulineaux for those wanting to elevate a meal without heading into central Paris. The converted barge setting is genuinely charming, especially when you're perched on the rooftop with the Seine as your backdrop. I've had solid business lunches here—the service is efficient and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between professional and relaxed. The kitchen puts effort into their dishes; the osso bucco with tagliatelles is consistently well-executed, and don't skip the chocolate mousse if you have room.
That said, it's not without its quirks. The menu can run pricey, and I've noticed service gets noticeably slower when the place is packed. Le cadre sur une péniche aménagée est vraiment sympathique, surtout sur le rooftop avec la Seine en toile de fond. J'y ai eu d'excellents déjeuners d'affaires : le service est efficace et l'ambiance trouve un bon équilibre entre professionnalisme et détente. La cuisine fait des efforts, l'osso bucco avec ses tagliatelles est toujours réussi, et ne passez pas à côté du chocolat mousse si vous avez de la place.
