The atmosphere is warm and unpretentious, with staff who’ve clearly been there for years and know their regulars by name. You’ll find classic Italian dishes executed with care, from the seafood pasta to the steak Diane that still gets flambéed at your table.
The food is solid traditional Italian—nothing groundbreaking, but consistently good. The alla Barca spaghetti with seafood is a standout, and the wine list is reasonably priced for the area. Some critics find it pricey for what you get, but if you’re after a reliable, no-nonsense Italian meal with a side of old-school hospitality, this place delivers.
