L'Arrosoir has quickly become one of Toulouse's most talked-about cocktail bars, and for good reason. The team behind it—Johan and Morgan—are clearly passionate about their craft, crafting cocktails that are both inventive and accessible. I particularly recommend trying their seasonal spritz or the fruity "Coco or Not" if you're in the mood for something lighter. The watering-can service is a fun touch that encourages sharing, which fits perfectly with the bar's social vibe.
The food menu complements the drinks beautifully without overshadowing them. The tapas selection is genuinely impressive for a bar—don't skip the falafel with yogurt sauce or the tacos with beef that's been braised for four hours. Everything is well-executed and reasonably priced, which is rare in this part of town. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance; it's lively enough to feel energized but not so loud that you can't have a conversation.
My only minor critique is that it can get quite busy on weekends, so if you're planning a visit on Friday or Saturday, arriving before 9 PM would be wise. That said, this is easily one of the best cocktail experiences in central Toulouse right now, and the staff's genuine friendliness makes you feel like you've stumbled onto a local favorite rather than just another tourist spot.

Johan et Morgan, les deux fondateurs, sont visiblement passionnés par leur métier et concoctent des cocktails à la fois inventifs et accessibles. Je recommande particulièrement leur spritz de saison ou le "Coco or Not" si vous cherchez quelque chose de plus léger. Le service en arrosoir est une touche amusante qui encourage le partage, ce qui correspond parfaitement à l'ambiance conviviale du lieu.
La carte des tapas complète parfaitement les boissons sans les éclipser. La sélection est vraiment impressionnante pour un bar : ne manquez pas le falafel à la sauce yaourt ou les tacos avec du bœuf mijoté pendant quatre heures. Tout est bien exécuté et à des prix raisonnables, ce qui est rare dans cette partie de la ville. L'ambiance trouve un bel équilibre : assez animée pour se sentir énergisé, mais pas trop bruyante pour ne pas pouvoir converser.
Mon seul petit bémol est qu'il peut faire très chaud le week-end, donc si vous prévoyez une visite un vendredi ou samedi, il vaut mieux arriver avant 21 heures. Cela dit, c'est facilement l'une des meilleures expériences cocktails de Toulouse centre actuellement, et la gentillesse authentique du personnel vous donne l'impression d'avoir découvert un favori des locaux plutôt qu'un simple spot touristique.
