L'Absolu Café has carved out a nice spot for itself in Levallois-Perret as a go-to neighborhood bar that does both the casual afterwork crowd and the party-going set equally well. The space is split between a main bar area and a lounge with those signature Chesterfield sofas—perfect for groups who want to stretch out and stay a while. The menu plays it safe but executes well: their burgers are notably generous (the foie gras burger gets mentioned in reviews for good reason), and the tapas platters are ideal for sharing over a few pints.

L'espace se divise entre un bar principal et un salon équipé de canapés Chesterfield emblématiques, idéaux pour les groupes qui souhaitent s'installer confortablement. La carte mise sur la sécurité avec des burgers particulièrement généreux (celui au foie gras revient régulièrement dans les avis) et des planches de tapas parfaites à partager entre amis autour de quelques pintes.
