Inside, the space is sleek and modern with an open kitchen that lets you watch the chefs work their magic. The food is a solid, contemporary take on Greek classics; the seared tuna and marinated octopus are standouts, and the staff are genuinely friendly without being overbearing. It's pricier than a typical taverna, but for a special night out or a romantic dinner, it's worth the splurge.
The service is consistently good, and the wine list has some nice Greek options that pair well with the menu. If you can't get a terrace table, the chef's counter is a great alternative—you get to see the action and avoid the crowds. Kuzina est l'un de ces établissements où la situation fait déjà la moitié du travail : s'installer sur la terrasse en voyant le Temple d'Héphaïstos s'illuminer au coucher du soleil est difficile à battre. À l'intérieur, l'espace est moderne et épuré avec une cuisine ouverte où l'on peut observer les chefs à l'œuvre. La cuisine propose une version contemporaine des classiques grecs ; le thon saisi et le poulpe mariné sont des valeurs sûres, et le personnel est vraiment sympathique sans être envahissant. C'est plus cher qu'une taverne traditionnelle, mais pour une soirée spéciale ou un dîner romantique, ça vaut le coup.
