A Fulham Institution

Joe's Brasserie has been a Fulham institution for over 40 years, and it shows in the consistent quality and friendly service. The interior is warm and inviting without being pretentious - you'll find yourself here for all sorts of occasions, from a quick coffee and crêpe to a proper family dinner. The menu hits the classics well: steak frites, fish and chips, and their Sunday roast are all solid choices.

What really sets Joe's apart is the value and the local vibe. Happy Hour from 5-7pm offers £15 steak frites and other deals, and Tuesday nights are BYO with just £20 corkage. The staff remember regulars and the atmosphere feels genuine rather than touristy. It's not the most exciting place in London, but it's exactly the kind of reliable neighbourhood spot you want when you're looking for a stress-free meal.
