Cinq Éléphant à Mitte est une bouffée d’air frais dans un quartier souvent dominé par les chaînes de cafés et les pièges à touristes. L’espace lui-même est frappant : un bâtiment du début du XXe siècle transformé en un café contemporain et épuré, avec un comptoir en terrazzo sur mesure et des incrustations de laiton qui lui donnent du caractère.
