Tucked away in Vieux-Lille, this tiny spot punches way above its weight with its creative, mostly vegan menu that changes daily. I'm still thinking about the house-made hummus and roasted carrots I had one morning, paired with a blue matcha latte that was somehow both earthy and bright. The cakes are absolutely next-level—think lemon cake that's moist and not too sweet, banana bread that's genuinely vegan and still decadent, and a fraisier that made me question why I ever settled for supermarket pastry.

Cup Tiny Café est le genre de pépite qui vous donne envie de redécouvrir Lille. Niché dans une rue tranquille du Vieux-Lille, ce petit lieu fait preuve d'une créativité déconcertante avec son menu changeant quotidiennement, majoritairement végétalien. Je pense encore à l'houmous maison et aux carottes rôties que j'ai dégustés un matin, accompagnés d'un blue matcha latte à la fois terreux et lumineux. Les gâteaux sont tout simplement extraordinaires—un cake au citron moelleux et pas trop sucré, un banana bread végétalien qui reste décadent, et un fraisier qui vous fait regretter toutes les pâtisseries industrielles que vous avez mangées par le passé.
Ce qui distingue Cup, c'est l'amour mis dans chaque préparation. On le sent dans les cups of noodles épicées qui trouvent l'équilibre parfait, et dans le fait que tout est frais et fait sur place.
