Caracole, c'est ce genre de restaurant de quartier qu'on garde dans nos bons plans sans vraiment savoir pourquoi—juste parce que ça fonctionne. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, le service est sympa et on sent que l'équipe aime ce qu'elle fait. Pas de cuisine trop raffinée ici, mais des plats français bien exécutés, avec des produits frais. Le tataki de thon jaune est un vrai plaisir, et le menu à 36€ est une excellente affaire pour ce qu'on y trouve.
La terrasse, quand il fait beau, est un vrai bonheur—elle a ce côté bucolique qui donne l'impression d'être dans un village, même si on est à Colombes.
