You'll find interesting bottles from producers like Pierre Frick, Château Le Puy, and Simon Rouillard—none of this generic supermarket stuff. The low-sulfite focus means you can drink more without the morning-after regrets.
The food situation is excellent for a wine bar. Aline Gérard's small plates are thoughtfully prepared and priced to let you order multiple rounds.
