Café Adèle est ce genre d’endroit qu’on découvre par hasard et qu’on souhaite aussitôt intégrer à sa routine. Dès qu’on franchit la porte, on est accueilli par une ambiance chaleureuse et vintage, comme si le temps s’était arrêté : meubles d’époque, lumière douce, et l’odeur réconfortante de gâteaux faits maison. Le café est excellent, et les pâtisseries sont les véritables stars des lieux. Je recommande vivement la tarte aux pommes et noix ; elle est riche, pas trop sucrée, et on sent qu’elle est préparée avec soin. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné sans être intrusif, ce qui renforce l’atmosphère cosy. C’est l’endroit idéal pour un après-midi tranquille avec un livre ou pour une discussion calme avec un ami.
Ce qui distingue Adèle, c’est son engagement envers la qualité et la tradition. Tout, des macarons aux quiches, est fait maison, et on le goûte.
