Bodega Carol, c'est l'essence même d'une bodega traditionnelle barcelonaise. Enfoncé d'un cran sous le niveau de la rue, ce lieu historique dégage une énergie brute et authentique. Les murs sont tapissés de vieilles fûts et le plafond est orné d'une collection chaotique de porte-clés qui donne tout son caractère à la salle en forme de coin. Deux femmes, à la fois fermes et chaleureuses, tiennent le bar avec une maestria qui fait le charme du lieu. Elles vous serviront un verre de vin du fût ou un vermouth sans poser de questions, et les tapas sont simples mais parfaitement réussies.
