Barka Wynurzenie est l'un des endroits les plus originaux de Varsovie : une barge reconvertie en bar et restaurant, ancrée sur les berges de la Vistule dans le quartier de Powiśle. L'emplacement seul vaut le déplacement : vous êtes assis sur un lieu flottant avec vue sur la rivière et le Centre Copernic en arrière-plan. La terrasse est l'attraction principale par beau temps, offrant une ambiance décontractée en plein air qu'on trouve rarement au centre-ville.
La carte s'oriente vers la street food : burgers, frites et autres plats populaires bien préparés pour le cadre.
