Bar Rascal est l’un de ces endroits rares à Varsovie qui tient toutes ses promesses. Dès l’entrée, on est accueilli par un espace chaleureux au style vintage, à la fois intemporel et actuel. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique, vous guidant avec bienveillance à travers une liste impressionnante de vins naturels, sans aucune prétention. La cuisine est tout aussi réfléchie : ne manquez pas les pommes de terre à la truffe ni les fleurs de courgettes, préparées avec soin et pleine de saveur.
