Le menu dégustation est un voyage à travers les ingrédients portugais réimaginés avec une finesse technique—chaque plat est magnifiquement présenté et rempli de combinaisons de saveurs surprenantes. Le beurre aux algues à lui seul vaut le déplacement, et les accords vins, élaborés par un sommelier qui connaît visiblement son métier, subliment chaque bouchée.
