Acanto is a hidden gem within the Principe di Savoia hotel that consistently delivers an experience that rivals any Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan. The service is some of the best I've encountered in Italy - attentive without being intrusive, and the staff clearly takes pride in making every guest feel special. The pasta with octopus is absolutely perfect, and the veal dishes are equally impressive. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, with beautiful garden views that make you forget you're in the middle of a busy city.
