Restaurant Kanalen, c’est l’un de ces endroits qui semblent faire partie du paysage de Christianshavn depuis toujours, même si son approche est résolument moderne. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : installé dans un ancien poste de police portuaire, le restaurant offre une vue apaisante sur le canal, où l’on peut observer les bateaux passer tout en dégustant un plat de saison.
