A Local's Coffee Gem in Vesterbro
Prolog Coffee Bar is the kind of place you stumble upon when you're exploring Vesterbro and decide to duck in for a coffee. It's small, intimate, and unpretentious—exactly what you want in a neighborhood café. The baristas are clearly passionate about their craft, and you can taste that in every cup. I've had their flat white and pour-over, both of which were exceptional. The flat white had a perfect balance of milk and espresso, while the pour-over showcased bright, floral notes that reminded me of a lighter roast I'd tried in Melbourne.
The space is tiny, with maybe four seats inside, so if you're planning to work or chat for hours, you might want to grab your drink and head to a nearby park or café.
