The menu features classic dishes done right - the frog legs in butter and garlic are perfectly prepared, and the duck tartine with goat cheese and apple is a creative twist on traditional fare. The trio quenelle is a must-try if you want to experience this Lyonnais specialty. But honestly, save room for dessert because the chocolate lava cake is exceptional - even avid bakers have been impressed by its quality.
