Le concept est simple mais exécuté avec un vrai amour : l'ambiance speakeasy à l'américaine, mais tout orienté vers les produits, bières et saveurs allemandes. La déco, c'est par là qu'on tombe d'abord — un mélange réussi de moderne et d'ancien, où chaque détail a été pensé, du mobilier jusqu'à la moindre babiole. On a l'impression d'entrer dans un parlor bavarois sombre et cosy plutôt que dans un bar.
