TiER is a breath of fresh air in Neukölln’s bar scene—classy without being pretentious, and intimate without feeling cramped. The cocktail menu changes seasonally, but the standouts are consistent: the Smoky Old Fashioned with its subtle smokiness, the quirky Princess and the Pea (gin, pea syrup, wheat beer), and the legendary Pickle Bag (whisky + pickle juice) that locals swear by for late-night recovery. The music—indie, classic rock, funk—plays just loud enough to fill the silence but never drowns out conversation.
The no-photo rule and the ban on groups larger than six keep the vibe low-key and authentic. Arrive before 8 PM on weekends if you want a cozy seat; otherwise, you’ll be standing at the bar.
