The roast dinners are solid, the ales pour well, and the staff actually seem to enjoy being there—which makes a difference.
What really sets it apart is the energy when there’s a big match on. The Six Nations screenings draw a proper crowd, and the atmosphere gets electric without losing its pubby charm.
