The neighbourhood pub Noel Park deserves
If you live anywhere near Noel Park, The Westbury is your default — and frankly, it earns that status. The interior got a refurb a few years back and now reads clean and modern without losing its pub soul. There's a proper beer garden out back, which in N22 is not to be taken for granted. The crowd is a mix of locals who've been coming for years and younger newcomers who've figured out it's the best pint in walking distance.
Food-wise, it punches above what you'd expect from a neighbourhood local. The Sunday roast is the headline act — generous portions, properly cooked meat, and they actually do vegetarian and vegan options that feel like an afterthought rather than a box-tick.
