Elements Restaurant at the Novotel Waterloo is exactly what you'd expect from a hotel dining room: competent, consistent, and completely forgettable. The menu is a safe bet of international classics—grilled salmon, chicken breast, pasta dishes—nothing that'll make you close your eyes and dream, but nothing that'll make you regret your choice either. Service is efficient and professional, which is what you want when you're on a tight schedule or traveling for work.
The atmosphere is clean and modern, with comfortable seating and decent lighting. It's not a place you'd seek out for a special occasion or a memorable night out, but it's perfect when you need a reliable meal without the hassle of finding somewhere else.
