Skyline Lounge & Bar is one of those rare spots where the view alone justifies the trip, but the cocktails and tapas keep you coming back. Located on the 19th floor of the Meliá hotel in Courbevoie, this rooftop bar offers sweeping vistas of Paris that are especially magical at golden hour. The interior is sleek and modern with plenty of seating by the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the outdoor terrace gets lively when the sun is out.
The cocktail menu is split between classics and creative signatures—the Apple Sky (vodka, apple juice, lemon, caramel syrup) and End Of All Risk (gin, cucumber, agave, lime, egg white) are standout choices at €15 each. Pair your drink with their homemade tapas, which are surprisingly good for a hotel bar. Two nights a week, they host live music or DJ sets, adding a festive energy that keeps the party going well into the night. It's not cheap, but for the setting and the quality, it's worth it for a special evening.
The only downside is that it can get crowded, especially on weekends, so reservations are a smart move if you want a prime spot. Still, even if you're stuck near the bar, the view is so good you won't mind.

Situé au 19ème étage de l'hôtel Meliá à Courbevoie, ce rooftop offre des panoramas imprenables sur Paris, particulièrement magiques à l'heure dorée. L'intérieur est élégant et moderne, avec de nombreux sièges face aux baies vitrées, tandis que la terrasse s'anime dès que le soleil pointe.
La carte des cocktails se divise entre classiques et créations signatures : l'Apple Sky (vodka, jus de pomme, citron, sirop de caramel) et l'End Of All Risk (gin, concombre, sirop d'agave, citron vert, blanc d'œuf) sont des valeurs sûres à 15€ pièce. Accompagnez votre verre de leurs tapas maison, étonnamment bons pour un bar d'hôtel.
