SKYY Bar is your go-to rooftop escape in Amsterdam's Fashion District, offering one of the better panoramic views without the tourist trap pricing you'd expect. The cocktails are genuinely interesting—think house-made infusions rather than the usual gin-and-tonic fare—and the bartenders actually know their stuff. Thursday nights bring a nice jazz twist that keeps the energy relaxed, while Friday and Saturday transform the space into a proper party with DJs playing until 1 AM. It's not quite "hidden gem" territory since it's hotel-based, but it's definitely one of the city's more reliable upscale bar experiences.
