The Chocolate & Salted Caramel Tart is absolutely drool-worthy—perfect shortcrust pastry, a layer of salted caramel, and rich chocolate ganache that hits all the right notes. The Chelsea buns are a morning must, fresh from the oven and worth the early trip. Service is friendly and the coffee is properly specialty quality, not that watery stuff you get elsewhere.
