One Sip Coffee is the go-to espresso bar for Prague's coffee nerds, run by Adam and Zdeněk who source beans from the excellent Candy Cane roastery. It's a tiny spot with just a few seats, so it's perfect for a quick, high-quality coffee and a friendly chat before you hit the streets of Old Town. Grab a pastry to go or buy a bag of beans to take home.
Top-tier espresso in a tiny, friendly spot
One Sip Coffee has earned its reputation as one of Prague's best espresso bars, and it's easy to see why. The owners, Adam Gaszczyk and Zdeněk Hůbl, are passionate about coffee and it shows in every cup. They serve beans from Candy Cane, a top Czech roastery, and the espresso is consistently excellent—balanced, flavorful, and pulled with care.
The space is small, with just a handful of seats, so don't expect to linger for hours with your laptop. It's designed for quick visits: grab your coffee, maybe a sweet or savory pastry, and chat with the friendly staff (who are often the owners themselves). If you're a coffee lover, you'll want to buy a bag of beans to take home. It's the kind of place locals queue up for before heading to work or exploring the Old Town.
