Quirky upside-down bar with great vibes
Madame Claude is one of those Berlin bars that you either love or find a bit too gimmicky, but I'm firmly in the love camp. The upside-down decor—furniture suspended from the ceiling, beer bottles hanging above your head, keys everywhere—creates this surreal, almost playful atmosphere that makes you want to spend hours just spotting new details. It's like walking into a cozy apartment that's been turned on its head, and somehow it works.
The drinks are solid without being fancy; the Mme. Claude house cocktail is a great starting point, but honestly, any standard drink here is well-made.
