Le Labo s'est imposé comme une valeur sûre dans la scène des bars nantais, surtout pour les amateurs de rhum. Ce qui fait sa force, c'est vraiment sa sélection impressionnante de rhums, allant des blancs légers aux vieux ambrés. Les bartenders connaissent parfaitement leur métier et savent créer des cocktails qui mettent en valeur le rhum sans le noyer sous le sucre.
