The coffee program runs on beans from La Cabra, the Danish roaster that's become a cult favorite across Europe's specialty scene. The flat whites are genuinely excellent, and the filter coffee gets real attention here, not just an afterthought pour.
What makes i/o more than just another pretty espresso bar is its personality.
