Dudley's sits on Thomas Street in The Liberties — Dublin's oldest neighbourhood — and it's exactly the sort of pub you hope to stumble into but rarely do. The exterior is unremarkable, but step inside and you'll find a warm, comfortable lounge that locals have quietly made their own. The standout here is the beer: 25 taps pouring a genuinely varied craft selection, not just the token one or two you get in many Dublin pubs. The Weirdo Dublin Pubs guide flagged it as exactly the kind of place they love, and that's high praise from people who know their pubs.
