The menu reads like a cocktail archaeology textbook: drinks from the 1800s and early 1900s that you simply won't find elsewhere in Marseille. With 600+ spirits behind the bar, the depth of their selection is staggering, and the staff's knowledge matches — tell them what you like and they'll guide you to something you didn't know you needed.
What makes Carry Nation special beyond the drinks is the space itself. There are actually four distinct areas — the main clandestine bar, a bar nestled in the trees, La Prairie, and L'Atelier — each with its own atmosphere.
